Philadelphia Eagles
Do you have what it takes to be an Eagle?
In 2025, the Eagles advanced to the playoffs for a fifth straight season and 20th time overall under Jeffrey Lurie’s ownership (dating back to 1994) a year after winning their 2nd Super Bowl. Since 2000, the Eagles have the 3rd-most postseason appearances (18) in the league. The Eagles reached the playoffs in eight of the last nine seasons (2017-19, 2021-25) and are one of only 4 teams in the 21st century to play in three or more Super Bowls in an eight-year span.
Nick Sirianni owns the 3rd highest career winning percentage (.694) in the Super Bowl era (min. 50 games) and is the only Super Bowl-winning head coach in NFL history who has never missed the postseason.
Executive Vice President and General Manager Howie Roseman has cemented himself as one of the top executives in the NFL. The two-time NFL Executive of the Year has overseen 18 playoff berths, 20 playoff victories, 12 NFC East crowns and 2 Super Bowl victories.

- Jaelan PhillipsThis is literally the greatest thing that’s happened to me in my whole life probably. It’s just awesome, man. The guys are awesome. Everybody has been super welcoming. I love the environment here, I love the vibe here. The city of Philly has given me a very warm welcome. I got about 20x the amount of Instagram likes that I ever got on a post before from the Philly fans, so shout out to y’all. It’s been great so far, getting out there practicing. I love the weather here, I love the locker room, everything’s awesome.
- Tank BigsbyEagles nation this team is so special and great this opportunity is a lifetime opportunity I love my teammates and will go to war with them and for them over and over and over and over AGAIN!
The Eagles have a unique Player Development Program, a coordinated effort by dedicated full-time Football Operations employees to help players not yet contributing on Sundays to improve as quickly as possible.
How?
- Zack BaunI've loved this season and enjoyed the year more than anything on and off the field. I'm here to do whatever I can to help the team win football games. I love the coaching staff, the guys in the locker room, the organization, the fans. Everything has been just right for me. It's been amazing.
- Nakobe DeanI appreciate all the ups, all the downs, the cheers, the boos. I appreciate every single thing. Me coming in and instilling myself into the community. How I was accepted with open arms. Philly is forever a home for me, for sure. If you can play in Philly, you can play anywhere.
- Lane JohnsonMy whole goal is to retire an Eagle. That's what I'm going to do. I'm just excited to be here, be as fortunate as I am to be with one team for as long as I have. I love this game and, more importantly, I love the people and the coaches that I'm with every day and that's why I love the game so much.
- Saquon BarkleyI think it was just mutual, the love I have for the organization. I want to be here for a very long time and the same thing that they feel for me, obviously it shows. I'm just thankful. Obviously, for the extension, but being part of this organization. From top to bottom, they do it the right way, everybody in this building. So, to be able to be part of this for another four years I think it is and hopefully more – I'm super excited about that.
- Mekhi BectonThe standard we upheld and the way we showed up for each other every single day, that’s what made this past season the most fun I’ve ever had playing football, and it was all because of the guys in that locker room.
After signing with the Eagles as a UDFA in 2022, Blankenship worked his way onto the roster and started 4 games as a rookie. Over the 2023-2025 seasons, he established himself as a starter while recording 269 tackles and 8 interceptions, leading to a 3 year, $24.75M contract with the Houston Texans in free agency.
After starting 10 games across his first three seasons as a sixth-round pick with the Colts, Rodgers was waived following a season-long gambling suspension. The Eagles signed him during that time, and he made the most of his second chance—emerging as the top backup corner, logging 30%+ snaps in both the regular season and playoffs, recording 7 pass breakups, and recovering a key Divisional Round fumble—earning a two-year deal worth up to $15M with the Vikings in the 2025 offseason.
Signed as a rookie free agent in 2019, Edwards emerged as a starter and team leader. During his Eagles tenure, he appeared in 61 games, making 47 starts with 370 total tackles (206 solo), 20 tackles for loss, 13 passes defensed, 5 sacks, and 2 interceptions. During the 2023 offseason, Edwards cashed in on his strong play by signing a three-year deal worth $19.5 million, $12.025 guaranteed, with his hometown team, the Chicago Bears.
A sixth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, Calcaterra earned a spot on the active roster as a rookie and went on to play nearly 1,500 snaps and catch 42 passes over the course of his rookie contract before re-signing with the Eagles as a free agent for $2M.
A seventh-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, Ojomo spent his rookie season in the player development program before ascending to a key rotational role for the 2024 Super Bowl team and then a starting role on the 2025 NFC East championship team with 6 sacks and 50 QB pressures.
The Eagles signed McCollum to a reserve/future deal in 2023 and developed him on the practice squad all season, while playing in three games. In 2024, McCollum made the active roster out of Training Camp and was a core special teams player and key reserve on defense for the 2024 Super Bowl team before moving on to the Raiders in a similar role.
A former fifth-round pick of the Chiefs, the Eagles signed Kinnard from Kansas City’s practice squad in the futures period following the 2023 season. After making the active roster and developing as a versatile backup for the 2024 Super Bowl team, Kinnard was targeted as a trade acquisition by Green Bay, where he started 4 games and subsequently re-signed for $2.75M.
A 2025 undrafted free agent, Cooper made the Eagles active roster as a rookie following a strong preseason and went on to play more than 200 snaps on offense in 13 games while also contributing on special teams.
A former fifth-round pick of the Texans, Booker signed to the Eagles’ practice squad at the end of training camp in 2023, where he developed for a season before making the active roster and playing in all 17 games for the 2024 Super Bowl team. This exposure led to the Raiders trading for him during training camp in 2025; he subsequently started 13 games in Vegas and received an RFA tender worth $3.7M.
In a survey of NFL agents conducted by The Athletic, the Eagles ranked tied for first for the best-run franchise.
"This is easy, Eagles. What an organized group with football and front-office business. Every year, they are on top of their game."
"Every year, free agents want to go there. They reward players and Howie nails the draft."

As you think about the ideal place for your NFL career, there are really two questions you need to answer to be able to make the best decision for you and your family:
While my staff and I believe the Eagles are the answer to both questions, I want to touch on our core values with the Eagles and how they pertain to your development:
Connect
Compete
Accountability
Football IQ
Fundamentals
During our first four seasons, we have laid a cultural foundation that has resulted in undeniable success. Although our Core Values will remain unchanged, we continually look for opportunities to grow and evolve. I know these principles can help you in your climb to become the best version of yourself. I look forward to connecting with you further and continuing to show you why we believe Philadelphia is the best fit for you.
We have millions of passionate Eagles fans across the world who support us every week. The Eagles have sold out every home game since Lincoln Financial Field first opened in 2003. Not only do our avid fans support us at home, but they travel with us on the road.
“I know how passionate they are, how much excitement they have, and how knowledgeable they are on the game of football,” Nick Sirianni said. “It’s awesome having them. When you have a home game, it makes a huge, huge difference. It feels like some places we go, if not all places we go, we have a big difference of how many fans that we have at away games. I get it; it’s something that’s passed down from each family member. It’s an electric place, it’s an electric stadium, and it’s an electric fan base. If you are not passionate and you’re an Eagles fan, I don’t know if you truly are an Eagles fan. I just love how much energy our fans bring our team during a game, that’s home and away games.”
Also, the Eagles are one of the most nationally televised teams in the NFL, and Philadelphia is the 5th largest television market in the country.
- Landon DickersonI'll tell you right now, when I got drafted here, everybody said it was impossible to play in Philly. I found out that all y'all want is for us to give everything we can for this city and you'll give it right back! I can't tell you how much we appreciate you guys every f–––ing game, every Sunday, Monday, Thursday, it doesn't matter. I don't think I've played a f–––ing away game my entire career.
- Brandon GrahamI didn't know how much I would grow and I surely didn't know how deeply I would fall in love with these fans and the team and this city… And I'm reflecting on a career that has meant everything to me. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. My life, my entire life has been forever changed because of this magical place.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence, Jeffrey Lurie has transformed the Eagles into one of the most prominent franchises in professional sports. Under his leadership, Philadelphia has produced the 4th most winning seasons in the NFL since 1995, including 20 playoff appearances, 12 division crowns, eight conference championship appearances, and the first two Super Bowl titles in team history (LII, LIX).

A veteran sports executive and longtime leader in the Eagles front office, Don Smolenski directs the club’s business and strategic efforts while playing a key role in major projects such as the construction of Lincoln Financial Field as well as the organization’s internationally recognized philanthropic programs. Smolenski has also helped the Eagles earn multiple honors as one of the region’s top workplaces including receiving the 2024 Top Workplaces USA award.

Howie Roseman, who enters his 27th season with the Eagles, is one of the most accomplished and respected front office executives in the league. A two-time Executive of the Year, Roseman revitalized the club’s football operations with a collaborative and progressive approach to roster building and player development, laying the groundwork for the organization’s two Super Bowl victories (LII, LIX).

The steward of one of the most dominant eras in franchise history that includes the Super Bowl LIX Championship, Nick Sirianni is in his sixth campaign as head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles with a 59-26 record, which marks the third-highest career winning percentage (.694) in the Super Bowl Era (min. 50 games). Among Super Bowl-winning head coaches, only John Madden (.759, 1969-78) and Vince Lombardi (.738, 1959-67 and 1969) have won at a greater clip than Sirianni, who is the only head coach in NFL history to earn four postseason appearances, two conference titles and a Super Bowl Championship in the first four years of their career.
